On 26 September, Embutidos Larrasoaña passed the initial audit for the SAE quality certificate. This certification system, based on the traceability of raw materials, will enable us to export our products. The prestigious company Certifood was responsible for certifying us and so enable us to carry out new projects. Tradition and respect for craftsmanship are no enemies of safety in our products.
