Typical traditional product of the “Cuenca de Pamplona” and hardly known outside Navarre. Embutidos Larrasoaña were pioneers in marketing this product on a large scale, while keeping its traditional features. We still use pure saffron from the La Mancha region.
Presented in artificial casing that is discarded during the cooking process.
